Mark's career.
Mark Hill graduated from Kings College, London in 1992 when he was lucky enough to complete a restorative house job under Martin Kelleher. Mark has a long and well established career working in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. Mark completed his vocational training back in Cardiff and then was awarded his Masters Degree in Restorative Dentistry in 1996 from Manchester having studied under Trevor Burke. Mark has achieved several qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and completed their Certificate in Dental Health Service Leadership and Management in 2008.
Mark has subsequently undertaken extensive postgraduate training, including visits to the Kois centre in Seattle, in treatment planning , treatment of tooth surface loss and restoration of a failing occlusion. Mark regularly lectures nationally, and internationally on subjects including cosmetic treatment planning, management of tooth surface loss , the use of fibre technology in general practice and hands on crown and bridgework. Mark was the key speaker in the GSK Talking Points Lecture tour in 2012.
In 2000 Mark bought his practice and over the past 15 years built it into a well respected restorative practice - the Park Place Dental Practice
Mark has been an FT1 trainer for 16 years and ITP Therapist trainer. Mark has been a past clinical tutor for the final year dental students at Cardiff University St.Davids Hospital. He has a special interest in tooth wear and accepts referrals for such cases.
